Responsibilities:
1) Stock Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor and update stock levels for various products within the company.
- Conduct routine stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
2) Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock quantities, movements, and adjustments.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock and generate reports.
3) Communication:
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information on stock needs and consumption trends.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any stock-related issues.
4) Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, promptly addressing any issues related to overstock or stockouts.
5) Documentation and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption patterns, and relevant KPIs.
- Maintain organized documentation related to stock control activities.
6) Operations Development:
- Review and propose improvements for existing operations and workflows to enable stable, continuous improvement.
- Design, research, and estimate the necessary resources for the execution of improvement plans.
- Implement the new operations on the ground, followed by ongoing assessments and further improvements based on the status of their application and progress.
- Conduct interviews and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
