Responsibilities:
- Involve in accounting-related activities.
- Work closely with Top management (CEO) and the Accounting team, doing the strategic discussion from financial aspects daily
- Build the new operation of accounting, based on the business situation of the company.
- Support and advice to the members engaged in actual businesses (around 50-60 office members in 3 major businesses).
*Task Examples*
- Update the dairy cash flow statement (journalizing) of this company and group companies and businesses
- Prepare the monthly summary statement for customers
- Control petty cash
- Assist with the task of tax declaration, financial statement
- Prepare NSSF declaration and submission
- Update daily order record
- Manage the payroll salary and the payment of seniority
- Maintain the proper document filing (expense invoice, income invoice, receipt …)
- Undertake monthly credit control processes and follow-ups as required
- Create PL and BS according to the upper management job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduates or expected graduates of Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field).
- Khmer native, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in General Journal and experience with Monthly Tax Declaration.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or relevant accounting software and tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong motivation to develop business from the Accounting/Financial aspect.
