Responsibilities:
- Keeping and updating all company policies/regulations for all management and members to follow legally.
- Assisting with buying assets and asset-repairing.
- Work closely with the accounting team & management related to expenses of company and employee records.
- Assisting in coordinating with other members and management of related tasks.
- Assisting in arranging company parties and other events of the company.
- Keeping updated the Employee data based (monthly).
- Keeping updated asset list for the company.
Handle attendant record (monthly)-Using system and format. - Keeping updated daily reports for all members
Assisting all related office work. - Keep contacting and collecting updated information from most of the related MOL.
- Keep the updated information of the company in the system of MOL.
- Handling the making of business cards for the members.
- Other admin tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Finish bachelor’s degree, year 3, year 4, or fresh graduate.
- Have skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet).
- Good interpersonal communication skills both internal & external.
- Ability to be logical thinking, critical thinking, open-minded, and flexible.
- Researching Skills.
- Pay attention to details, fast learner, and self-motivation.
Priority:
- Good understanding of labor law and other related regulations.
- English language.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Knowing a concept of general HR admin is preferred.
- No experience but have a strong willingness to work are encouraged to apply.
