Job Summary:
As an Assistant of HR Recruiting within the HR-Recruit team of the S.E.A.T.S Corporate department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and selection processes. Your responsibilities will include managing job postings, organizing applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Director and Admin Manager to improve recruitment strategies and maintain accurate HR records.
Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment Management:
- Keep track of open positions and assist in hiring qualified candidates to fulfill company needs.
- Manage and enhance the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
2) Job Posting and Resume Management:
- Post job advertisements using various online and offline methods.
- Organize resumes and job applications efficiently for review by hiring managers.
3) Interview Coordination:
- Schedule job interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up procedures.
4) Collaboration and Selection:
- Work closely with the Director and Admin Manager to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the management team.
5) Offer Management:
- Prepare offering emails and relevant documents for selected candidates.
- Coordinate the offer acceptance process and communicate effectively with candidates.
6) Onboarding Support:
- Assist in orienting new employees to the company, and providing necessary information and resources.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, such as learning materials and instructions.
7) Documentation and Data Management:
- Maintain up-to-date HR files and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Create and update recruitment-related documents such as job descriptions and announcements.
- Maintain candidate selection data, both in hard and soft files and record the selection progression into the candidate list.
8) Other Administrative Tasks:
- Perform other tasks and duties as the Manager assigns to support the HR-Recruit team and overall HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR recruitment or administration is preferred.
- Native proficiency in Khmer and good proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- University students, fresh graduates, or candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
