Responsibilities:
- Check the qualities of all items when items are in/out
- Count stock regularly to check the amount
- Check the expiration date of each item and alert before these will expire
- Make the stock data (daily) and adjust the actual stock and stock data (monthly)
- Responsible for stock management of the basic process, especially considering more efficient ways of stock keeping (In/out)
- Take measures to not make Deadstock & overstock
- Make target and action plans and set proper KPIs every month
- Advanced level of management (stock turnover, Period of stock turnover control, ABC analysis)
- Teaching the way of dealing with stocks to the delivery staff
- General tasks assigned by upper management
Qualifications:
- Hold bachelor’s degree/ year 3 or year 4, fresh graduate or no experience candidate.
- Languages: English (Good) and Khmer (Native)
- English: speaking, writing, understanding (must communicate with upper management)
- Computer Skill: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet
- Ability to logical thinking and critical thinking
- To work in a challenging environment with a strong commitment to teamwork
- Independence and have strong sense of responsibility
- A person who agrees with the action policy
- A person who has the ability of Mathematics and Statistical thinking
- Working experience in trading and wholesale company
- Ability to deal with food and fresh products.
