Overview: 

As the Assistant to the CEO in the Corporate Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative, communication, and strategic tasks. Your responsibilities will involve facilitating effective communication within the team, conducting research to identify opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1) Communication Facilitation:

  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and team members, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate effective information flow both from the CEO to the team and vice versa.

2) Marketing and Production Coordination:

  • Communicate with all team members regarding marketing and production activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing and production efforts to enhance efficiency.

3) Market Research and Analysis:

  • Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for the company’s growth.
  • Summarize data and trends, providing insightful reports to the CEO for strategic decision-making.

4) Operational Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify operational issues and inefficiencies, proposing well-considered solutions for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions and improve overall operations.

5) Strategic Planning:

  • Engage in discussions with the CEO and other leaders about strategies and operations for new activities.
  • Provide input and support in developing strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives. 

6) Support CEO’s Activities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in various activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Handle tasks efficiently to reduce the workload of the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supporting role, preferably as an executive assistant or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data for decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Have the ability to complete general paperwork.
  • Experience working with foreigners is a plus.
