Overview:
As a Freelance Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This job type offers flexibility as it is on a freelance basis.
Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2) Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
3) Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote LOKA Food & Beverage products.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional advertising to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
4) Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging to enhance brand identity.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing materials that align with brand standards.
5) Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use research findings to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improvements.
6) Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Fluent in Khmer and English communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
