Overview:

As a Freelance Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This job type offers flexibility as it is on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

2) Sales Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

3) Marketing Campaigns:

  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote LOKA Food & Beverage products.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional advertising to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

4) Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging to enhance brand identity.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing materials that align with brand standards.

5) Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Use research findings to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improvements.

6) Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
