Responsibilities:
- Innovate and commercialize new products that contribute to our business (profit branding)
- Working seamlessly from finding raw materials to finalizing products and also continuous improvement of existing products based on sales & marketing activity.
- Discover potential partners (supplier/manufacturer, etc.) related to all activities.
- Research ingredients and methods that can create valuable products and reduce cost and implementation.
- Cooperate with all stakeholders to commit to the mission.
- Discuss with the manager about the strategy and operation and implement PDCA cycles.
*Note: You’ll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business based on the actual situation.
Qualifications:
- Higher degree, bachelor’s degree, year 3, year 4, or fresh graduated
- Have a strong passion for trying many new challenges in the agri-business.
- Be willing to overcome difficulties you may face and develop a team from small.
- Logical thinking, sense of ownership, and challenging spirits
- Be able to understand the market in concept and be flexible to the actual situations based on the purpose.
- Honesty and sincerity, accepting other people’s ideas and things you don’t know.
- English & Khmer communication skills.
Basic Understanding:
- Cooperate with all members of the company including the members in each province to achieve their purpose.
- Conduct all related activities assigned by the manager and take action to make better ownership.
- Put into practice 12 action policies.
- Understand and put into practice 6 skills & 4 Mindsets step by step.
