Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Mission “Optimization of Supply & Demand”
- Optimize supply & demand by cooperating with sales and farm/purchase side
- Data collection/input and analysis to get insight/hypothesis and take specific action to improve
- Analyze QCD (quality, cost, delivery) and take actions for continuous improvement
- Collect information via online/offline methods related to agricultural production and sales and connect to the action
- Research and develop optimal supply & demand system by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data/trends and reporting to the company
- Monitor and support all purchase activities
- Communicate with all stakeholders (internal members, suppliers, CL, etc.)
- Visit all production partners including our farm in KPT/KPS
- Find the issues to solve during operation and propose the solution with reasonable consideration
- Discuss with the manager about the strategy and operation for the new activity and take action based on the direction *You’ll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business such as marketing & research, sales, production planning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Higher degree, bachelor’s degree, year 3, year 4, or fresh graduated
- Have a strong passion for trying many new challenges in the agri-business
- Have the willingness to overcome difficulties you may face and develop a team from small
- Logical thinking, sense of ownership, and challenging spirits
- Be able to understand the market in concept and be flexible to the actual situations based on the purpose
- Honesty and sincerity, accepting other people’s ideas and things you don’t know
- English & Khmer communication skills
