Overview:
As the Representative of Admin and Accounting in the Digital Promotion Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Khmer, proficient in English, and possess strong administrative and accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
1) Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks within the Digital Promotion Department.
- Manage documentation, file maintenance, and office organization.
2) Accounting Tasks:
- Handle basic accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
3) Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Digital Promotion Department and other departments.
4) Digital Promotion Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Digital Promotion team to coordinate administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in organizing promotional events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, University student, or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or basic accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Khmer and good in English (both spoken and written).
