Responsibilities:
1) Indoor Sales:
- Be alerted to new inquiries, always look out for incoming messages and comments
- Quick respond with no delay and keep this task as the most prioritized task
- Use voice messages as much as possible
- Be polite and friendly in tone, provide mood and impression as talking to close friends
- Understand as much as possible about products (how to use/taste/details/used together)
- Explain nicely how the best product is used
- Know where to access materials, photos, and videos, for sharing with customers at the time
- they are asking
- Good at persuasion customers to buy bigger and other products
- Propose customers to check BOBSA Webstore for more items.
2) Order Management:
- Confirm shipping fee (from OP) to customer location and time to deliver
- Create an invoice based on info collected from the customer
- Confirm the invoice by getting the customer to check the products, price, and service fee of the invoice
- Create an order to keep a record (messenger only)
- Request order arrangement to the operation team
- Confirm PO log (check more with the operation team if there is any suspicion)
- Stick to the order status in the system and update accordingly to realize the order states
- After getting the payment, send a thank you message to the BOSBA Webstore
- Mark the order to “paid”/”shipped” to confirm the successful order (Messenger only).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Fluent in Khmer and Good in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
